Retruns and Exchanges

If you DID NOT receive or receive an item and You have complaints, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the situation and come to the right decision.

We will issue a full refund (after we receive the item) if the item is not as described or damaged in transportation. You can return it within 7 days after receipt. The item should be returned in its original condition by mail with tracking number.

We respect our costumers and their rights.

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
